Louis developed a passion for the game of golf while working as a Cart/Driving Range staffer at the Bethel Inn Resort in his hometown of Bethel, ME. Already having a background in coaching youth sports at the age of 22, Louis would also help out and eventually run the Junior Golf Camp at the resort every summer. Looking to relocate to southern Maine after 10 years at the Bethel Inn, Louis decided to use his background in coaching and love for golf to pursue a career as a professional golf instructor. He found his opportunity upon being hired to work in the Pro Shop for his now mentor, Scott Mayer at Gorham Country Club. Now the Assistant Golf Professional here at Dunegrass Golf Club, Louis helps golfers young and old to improve their swing by teaching private lessons and clinics.
